About the Signature of Delivery:
You MUST inspect the goods,such as the label,the package If It's to be demaged,also the quantities is enough when you receive the goods from the transport company,
If you find the products you got are not the same as the items according to your order P/I,please reject the package,refuse to sign the Airway Bill or B/L,and to contact us as soon as possible.
We will contact the transport company for more detalis.
EverBright will not be responsible for these problem if the customer does not check the products and the label when they get the products from the Courier.

Warranty Information
All products are covered by 12 months warranty from the date of purchase through us unless otherwise stated. All other products will be covered by their manufacturer's respective warranty. Service center locations will be provided in the warranty information packaged with the unit.
Return / Exchange Policy
We provide one-year limited warranty for all of its products. Products can be serviced and/or repaired at a fee after the warranty period. Please contact our sales representative before you ship the RMA products. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and well packaged. Please send email to cneverbright@126.com or fax the air waybill to us as soon as you ship the RMA products.
Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until replacement / repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.
Notes: If the warranty seal or sticker of the products are broken or have been tampered with, the products will no longer have any warranty,Also will no longer be liable for the repair or replacement of your products
